He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with over 35 years’ experience in Power, Information and Telecommunication Technology. He was a Systems Engineer with IBM in UK / Nigeria. Amongst other proven interests, he is the Operations Director of JKK Nigeria Ltd (one of the enduring and successful IT partnerships in Nigeria). He also has responsibility for the management of Microworks Nigeria Ltd – a major service delivery company in ICT to multinational companies operating in Nigeria.

Chief Adetunji is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Institute of Certified Accountants, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He was formerly the Managing Director/CEO of UNIC Insurance PLC. He has also served as the Executive Consultant/CEO of BAICO Insurance PLC. He is currently the Managing Partner of Adewuyi Adetunji & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants. Chief Adetunji is also on the Board of several Companies in Nigeria.

Alhaji Adeleke graduated from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer Sciences & Economics (combined honours). He also obtained a MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1990. He is a member of; Institute of Directors (IOD) of Nigeria, Computer Association of Nigeria, Information Systems Auditors & Control Association, USA and Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria. His working career, spanning a period over 25 years enabled him acquire experience in Accounting, Information Technology & Communications and Banking. He was an accounts clerk with the Nigerian Army Pay & Records office between 1973 & 1975. He joined Joint Komputer Kompany in 1981 as a trainee computer programmer and rose to become the company’s head of software development before moving on to Wema Bank Plc. in 1987 to set up the Information Technology & Communication division of the bank. At Wema bank, he held various managerial and executive positions including Head of Information Technology and general bank operations. He ultimately became the Managing Director of the bank in January 2004, a position he held till he retired in December 2005. Alhaji Adeleke is also on the Board of many companies in Nigeria.

She is a graduate of Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (B.Sc., MSc) and a PHD holder from Coventry University, in United Kingdom. She is a Planning Officer with Federal University of Technology, Akure. Before joining FUTA she has participated in many real estate development projects at home and abroad.

Mr Tony Madojemu is a graduate of Accounting from University of Ife with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in 1986. Professionally, he is a fellow of the Institutes of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation, Institutes of Certified Credit Administrators and Institutes of Directors.

He began his professional career with Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Water House Coopers). Mr. Madojemu has varied experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Control and Corporate Finance. He started his banking career with Commercial Bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria) Limited (now Capital Bank International). He later joined Fidelity Union Merchant Bank as Head of Credit Risk Management Department. He later transferred his services to City Express Bank Plc. (then Industrial Bank) as a member of the turnaround team that was able to improve the fortune of the bank. He also gathered his experience at Assets Guardian (Pension Fund Managers) Ltd as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He was one time the Managing Director /CEO of IEI Assets Limited, a subsidiary of International Energy Insurance Plc. and currently Group Finance Director of IEI Plc.

Mr. Anthony Madojemu has attended courses and seminars in Banking and Management development both locally and in overseas.

Mr. Lanre Adediran is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) having qualified in May 1991. A graduate of Accounting from University of Lagos with a second class Upper degree in 1988.

His previous work experiences were in Volkswagen of Nigeria as a Financial Analyst, Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc. as an Internal Auditor and Michelin Nigeria Ltd as a Treasurer. Mr. Adediran joined WABECO Ltd from Michelin in May, 1999 as a Finance Controller. He has contributed immensely to the growth of the company and was appointed as a Director of the company’s subsidiary – Benin Petroleum Services since 2009.

Mr. Adediran has attended various development courses both local and internationally. He is noted for his integrity, tenacity and detailed approach to business.

Mr. Fisayo Oyedeji graduated in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He has an M.Sc. in Management Science and Master in International Law & Diplomacy (MILD) from the University of Lagos, as well as an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Professionally, he is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), Stockbrokers (ACS) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACITN).

Fisayo is an experienced Banker with varied experience in Credit Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Structured Finance and Treasury. He started his banking career with Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB – now Bank of Industry) as a Project/Investment Analyst. He was part of the team responsible for establishing the Oil and Gas Business and Multilateral Institutions Assisted Transactions in Continental Trust Bank Plc. (now in “UBA”), Fidelity Bank Plc. and City Express Bank Ltd (now liquidated into “UBA”), which improved significantly on the bottom line of these banks.

Fisayo was a Managing Partner with Tulip & Goldberg Limited (Finance and Strategy Consulting Firm) and had Investment Banking stint at BGL Limited (one of the foremost Investment Banking Institution in Nigeria) from where he left to set up Core Trust & Investment Limited; a professionally managed and upward mobile Financial Service and Investment Banking firm. He has attended top notched and global accredited courses in Finance, Investment and Management at home and abroad. His area of expertise and interest are: Capital Structuring, Corporate Finance, Credit, Turnaround Management, Venture Capital, Risk Transformation and Management. He has deep passion for Finance, Business, and Social Analysis, Political Economy and Developmental issues.

Adewale is a graduate of accounting from the prestigious Polytechnic, Ibadan and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He later obtained an MBA with specialization in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

His work experience started with Mobil Oil Plc. as an Account Executive before joining Capital International Bank (Formerly known as Commercial Bank Credit Lyonnais Ltd.) and in 1998 moved to Merchant Bank of Commerce Ltd (later known as Continental Trust Bank Ltd which merged with United Bank for Africa Plc.). His banking experience traverses several functional areas and he developed competencies in Finance Control and Management Information System, Corporate Banking /Finance and Credit Risk Management.

Adewale had a stint with ATM Consortium Limited as Group Head, Finance & Admin. He joined the service of Core Trust in March 2008 as Group Head, Operations. He is on Sabbatical and currently a lecturer in Accounting and Taxation with Indianapolis University, USA. He attended several local and international courses on Investment Banking/Management, Finance Control/Management Information System, Risk Management and Financial Modelling.
